Export and save a free local photo animation
Free local photo animation · Updated
This guide covers /local-preview only: an 8- or 12-second silent browser animation, separate from paid AI generation.
Keep the tab visible while recording
Choose a scene and portrait in the free local maker, then select Export my free video. Recording runs in real time for 8 or 12 seconds, followed by processing. Keep the tab visible until it finishes. AI sample playback is a separate demonstration and does not generate a personalized export.
Download and check the file
The browser picks a supported MediaRecorder format: WebM or MP4. Local output is silent, 720 × 1280 and vertical 9:16. Check the file extension after export. If MediaRecorder or canvas captureStream is unavailable, export cannot run. No browser-by-browser compatibility result is claimed here; use the tool’s capability and error messages on your device.
Keep your own backup
Local previews may be saved to this browser’s IndexedDB. They do not synchronize across devices or Google accounts. Download important clips before clearing browser data; storage limits can prevent saving. Add music or a countdown later in an editor if needed.
Actual local export: Chrome, November 3, 2026
We opened the public local maker, selected its built-in sample illustration and exported Cloud Climb. The page confirmed the preview was ready and saved. The downloaded file was verified as an 8.000-second, 720 × 1280 VP9 WebM with no audio stream. This records one Chrome session; Safari, Firefox and other environments have not been verified in this check.
